“where the water reflects the clouds and the Stagnone Islands mark the border between the sky and the sea…”
A wine of remarkable elegance from carefully harvested and vinified indigenous grapes: the magical Grillo. With a deep yellow colour, a unique slightly salty taste and an aromatic nose with lovely hints of citrus and peach.
“Magico” Ariddu is a wine yielded from “grillo” vineyards close to the Marsala salt pans, where the water reflects the clouds and the Stagnone Islands mark the border between the sky and the sea. A territory which, following the principles of zoning, lends its particular characteristics to the wine, making it unmistakable.
This wine feels pleasantly fresh on the palate and can best be enjoyed at a temperature of 10°-12° C, paired with dishes based on (shell)fish or grilled vegetables.
